Following today’s surprising news that Trowbridge Hospital Maternity Unit could be closing with effect from July 15th, you may be interested in knowing that Wiltshire NHS Clinical Commissioning Group is holding a series of “Have Your Say” events to which you are invited.

We are committed to involving and empowering patients to have their say about local health services and as a new clinical commissioning group, we want to start building strong and sustainable  relationships with patients, carers and members of the public.

With that ethos in mind, Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group would like to invite you to a ‘Have your say’ event  in July. As well as hearing from local  GPs and commissioning staff about how healthcare in Wiltshire may look in the future, you will also have the chance to take part in discussions about how you want to be involved in shaping and developing  health care services to meet the needs of people in Wiltshire.

Events will be taking place on the following dates:

Tuesday 16 July from 2pm until 4.30pm at Calne Masonic Hall, Calne
Wednesday 17 July from 9.30am until 12noon at Shaw Country Hotel, Melksham
Thursday 18 July from 10am until 12.30pm at Guildhall, Salisbury

If you would like to attend one of these events, please email the Communications Department at Wiltshire CCG at or phone 01380 736010 by Wednesday 10 July for an attendance form.
