HAVE YOUR SAY ON HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE SERVICES IN WILTSHIRE
HAVE YOUR SAY ON HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE SERVICES IN WILTSHIRE:
If you are a member of a BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) community within Wiltshire, WSUN wants to hear your comments on how Health and Social Care services in Wiltshire are meeting your cultural, religious and/ or ethnic needs and how service delivery needs to be improved.
Natalie has recently joined the Wiltshire and Swindon User’s Network (WSUN) team for an 85 day placement as part of her Social Work Course. She joined the team at the beginning of February and has began working on a BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) project which aims to hear from members of the minority ethnic communities, within Wiltshire, in order to identify the gaps within health and social care services, in order to facilitate the awareness of service delivery. The feedback received will form the basis of the continued work to be done with the BAME communities at WSUN and enable those communities to have an equal say on the delivery of health and social care services.
The aim of this questionnaire is to document experiences with health and social care services, in Wiltshire, in order to establish cultural, religious and/or ethnic needs and identify the gaps in service delivery. The responses given will form part of a report which will be used to inform future work at Wiltshire and Swindon User’s Network (WSUN). This feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we would be very grateful for your time.
