“Wiltshire Voices” do you have memory loss or care for someone who has?

Royal Wootton Bassett and Cricklade Area Board was awarded funding through the Performance Reward Grants Schemes (PRGS) to participate with a project called Wiltshire Voices.

The project will help the council and its partners to hear from residents across the county – especially the groups that it rarely hears from.

Each Area Board involved in the scheme will be working with groups of people and in their local area and in Royal Wootton Bassett, Cricklade, Lyneham and Purton we will be working with those people who have Memory Loss – in particular the Alzheimer’s group.

Do you suffer with Memory Loss or have a loved one who does?  Are you a Carer or a Support Group involved with people with Memory Loss?

We want to hear your story, your aspirations, the difficulties and challenges you face and the successes you have achieved.

Would you be interested in helping us with this project?

We intend to hold a meeting early in 2012 and would love to hear from you. If you need help or support to attend a meeting, we may be able to help with that too.

Please contact Alison Sullivan, 07917 721371 – your Community Area Manager

or Jacqui Lay – Wiltshire Councillor for Purton and Braydon
