Development / Outreach worker for the Wiltshire Service Users’ Network (WSUN) – 16 Hours per week until end of June 2021, £11.88 per hour (£21,627 FTE)

Are you looking for a new and exciting role? We are looking for a new team member to join us for a short term contract.

As an Outreach Worker for WSUN you will work across Wiltshire with people, with disabilities and long term conditions and those with lived experience of mental health.  You will be experienced in supporting and mentoring people in a personalised way, both on a one to one basis as well as in a group setting and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work flexibly, planning and prioritising your caseload effectively as no two days are ever the same.

You will have knowledge and experience of in working in partnership with organisations and services across Wiltshire.
